A few minutes ago on Stern, George Takai -- who played Sulu on "Star Trek" -- was talking about what an asshole William Shatner is. In great detail. Huge ego, bad-tempered, ill-mannered asshole, yada yada yada ... None of this is really new to me (possibly you, too). Except: Takei says that Shatner is, like Stern, a germophobe. Sprays his hands with some germ killer concoction after shaking hands with people. Of course this reminded me of J_____ telling a story about meeting Shatner, shaking hands with him and his "wiping it off" on his pants leg afterwards. Remember that story? This came up around the time Shatner's wife turned up dead in his swimming pool and J____ said, "he killed her". Several times "she" said that. Whoever "she" was ... Except I don't know who really had that experience with Shatner. Because, as we both well know, J____ had a typist. So was this her story? Or her typist's story? Who was typing? Lady of Mystery, I tellya. |
